Arrival & Departure
Arrival / Check-in
Your room will be prepared for you by 2:00 pm.
Departure / Check-Out
We ask you to vacate the room by 10:30 am.
Booking Information
Our offers are non-binding and are prepared according to availability at the time of enquiry, without an option being placed on the room.
Your reservation becomes binding only once you have received our confirmation and the required deposit has been paid.
Cancellation Policy
We know from experience that, despite all the anticipation and excitement of a holiday, circumstances can arise that make it necessary to change your plans at short notice.
To avoid unnecessary costs and inconvenience, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
The following cancellation conditions apply:
- Up to 5 weeks before arrival: free cancellation; the deposit may be credited towards a future stay
- 5 to 3 weeks before arrival: 40% of the booked stay
- 3 to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the booked stay
- During the final week before arrival: 90% of the booked stay
- In case of late arrival or early departure: 100% of the booked stay
Unused services and meals cannot be refunded.
To protect yourself in the event of cancellation or early departure, as well as for mountain rescue costs, including helicopter rescue, we recommend HOTELSTORNO PLUS travel insurance, which can be conveniently taken out with the link above.

Based on two adults paying the full rate
0–1.99 years: €15 per day
2–3.99 years: €35 per day
4–10.99 years: 50% reduction
11–13.99 years: 30% reduction
From 14 years, in an extra bed: 20% reduction

Dogs
Your four-legged friends are welcome at Hotel Rosa. Please note, however, that dogs are not permitted in the Wellness & Spa area or in the dining rooms.

general information
Room rates are quoted per person per day, for a minimum stay of 3 nights, and include all Hotel Rosa services. The local tourist tax of €3.50 per person per day (for guests aged 14 and over) is charged separately.
Short-Stay supplement
A 10% surcharge applies to stays of up to 3 days.
Single Room supplement
For single occupancy, a surcharge of 50% will be applied.
