A22 Highway exit Bolzano nord – Altipiano dello Sciliar/Alpe di Siusi (Fiè allo Sciliar 15 km; Siusi allo Sciliar 19 km; Alpe di Siusi 29 km; Castelrotto 22 km)
The road to Alpe di Siusi is closed to private traffic during the high touristic season from 9 am to 5 pm.
Alpe can be reached from Siusi by cable way or bus. The guests accommodated in Alpe di Siusi receive a free ticket to reach their hotel. The ticket can be withdrawn at the forest station of S. Valentino (around 2,5 km from fork in the road) or by the hotel you booked in.

To preserve it also for future generations, the road leading towards the Alpe di Siusi pasture is closed to traffic from 9 am to 5 pm. This means that form 9 am to 5 pm you can reach it only via the Alpe di Siusi cable
car – starting in Siusi – or via bus.

Those having their hotel room on the Alpe di Siusi are obviously allowed to drive there by car.
