The world o saunas at our hotel is an area where you completely forget the stress, frenetic life, noise and thus get back to new vitality.
Bio sauna at 46-60° with humidity rate between 50 and 60 %. Here you breathe a vitalizing aromatic steam that has many healing effects on respiratory system, blood pressure and immune system. Less hard to stand for its mild temperature.
Classic Finnish sauna at 90°C. Stimulates immune defenses thanks to the reactivation of blood circulation caused by sudden temperature changes (hot sauna - cold shower). You will feel yourself very naturally comfortable.
Physio Therm Cabin. This is one of the most innovative saunas used as well by physiotherapists in rehabilitation centers. It reinvigorates your body, stimulates brain oxygenation, soothes back and nape aches, regulates and modulates immune system, increases calorie consumption and reduces stress.
Open all days from 15 to 19 or by reservation for extra charge.
